Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aaronjaylev.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Aaron Jay Lev. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site is a personal portfolio and resume. It is provided for information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment, a contract, or a consulting engagement. Any engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, and photographs on the Site are owned by Aaron Jay Lev and protected by copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal reference, including downloading my resume. Please do not copy, republish, or redistribute the Site's content for commercial purposes without written permission.

The source code is published on GitHub so that it can be read. Viewing the code does not grant you a license to reuse it. If the repository does not include a license file, all rights are reserved.

Third-Party Trademarks and Screenshots

Company names, logos, and screenshots shown in the portfolio, including those of Regence, Lev Tech Corp, Shopify-based stores, and other clients and employers, belong to their respective owners. They appear only to describe past work. Their appearance on the Site does not mean that those companies endorse me or this Site.

Accuracy of Information

I work to keep the Site accurate, but it may contain errors or outdated information. Figures such as years of experience, users served, and revenue results describe work done in past roles and projects. They are summaries, not guarantees of future results. Please verify any information that matters to a decision by contacting me directly.

Links to Other Websites

The Site links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, X, GitHub, and client sites. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Linking to them does not mean I endorse them.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
